About Karyn

I have been coaching, mentoring and helping others achieve their goals for over 15 years. At the age of 12 I told my Mom I wanted to be a Social Worker. I am not a Social Worker today, however I did spend the last 20 years working with the public in both a recreational and professional capacity. I have assisted over 500 individuals in career placement, career moves and career transistions. Coupled with my day vocation of a Staffing Account Manager, I have counseled and mentored women and men in addictions and mental health for over 10 years. I have a Bachelor of Sociology and Industrial Relations, I am a certified Interventionist and a graduate of the Westover Family & Relationship Program in London, Ontario.

I have personally been through much adversity and challenges in my life, that has not only given me the experience to life coach but has offered me the opportunity to be a better me each and everyday. I have ran the 26 mile marathon, I have achieved financial milestones and I have experienced moving my life and my home to Central America at the age of 39. I have first hand experience in dealing with the death due to cancer of 2 close family members, along with family mental illness. At the age of 27 I made some crucial life changing decisions which saved me from the grasp of an unhealthy addiction and in turn gave me the tools to become healthy and accountable for my future.

Awareness, Acceptance and Action is my Motto. I am not going to counsel or advise or perscribe or take your inventory. My mission is to "Have you live the life that is waiting for You". I am here to give you the tools in order for you to find the solutions, and to take action and to acheive Health, Balance and Laughter in your life.
